Escape to Merzouga

Day 1: Ouarzazate - Skoura - Dades Gorges - Todra Gorges - Erfoud - Merzouga

Departure from the hotel at 08 am for the superb dunes of Erg Chebbi. Drive through the road of a thousand kasbahs, through the palm grove of Skoura, then the valley of roses and Kelaa des Mgouna. Continue the road to Tineghir to visit the Todra gorges, its 300 meters high canyons and have lunch.

In the afternoon, departure to Tinejdad, then continue by road overlooking the Oued Ziz, through the Kasbahs and palm groves to Errachidia. We discover the fossils and places of extraction before arriving at the dunes of Merzouga: Erg Chebbi.

Camel ride for an incredible sunset, then road to the nomad camp for the night in the dunes of Erg Chebbi. Night in tents under the desert stars.

Day 2: Merzouga - Rissani - Tazzarine - Agdz - Ouarzazate

Wake up in the morning to witness the beautiful sunrise behind the dunes, before returning to camp for breakfast.

Departure for Rissani. Visit of the tourist area including the mausoleum of Moulay Ali Cherif and the palm grove; point of honor to the ecotouristic discovery of this place. Lunch break at Tazzarine then continuation to Agdz by the bridge of Tansikht and the Draa Valley. Arrival in Ouarzazate shortly after 05:30pm.
